The quintessential whisky cocktail: An Old Fashioned made by our highly experienced mixologists with 10 year old Eagle Rare bourbon. Served ready to drink in a glass bottle with a large ice cube and garnish on the side. Just pour into a glass and enjoy.

Fireside Old Fashioned

Our famous take on a rum Old Fashioned, the Fireside Old Fashioned is our signature cocktail and most popular drink, it is a celebration of Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva, a Venezuelan sipping rum, and bartender favourite. We use salted caramel, wood bitters and Angostura bitters and top off the drink with cinnamon sticks and some fire to create this sweet, rich and warming drink, which gives you the feeling of being by a log fire! This drink comes bottled and ready to drink with a large ice cube and garnishes on the side. In order to light the drink, pour the small container of Wray and Nephew’s rum over the cinnamon sticks and then immediately light! If the flame does not go out on it’s own after a few seconds, blow it out or cover the top of the glass.
